EASY Sep Ceramic - The solvent-free dental ceramic insulation

The EASY Sep Ceramic is an insulation which is adapted to the dental technique and safely separates the ceramic layer from the plaster surface. It has a low viscosity and is colour neutral. The insulating film lasts for a long time without having to re-insulate. EASY Sep Ceramic burns without leaving any residue, leaves no residues such as white discolouration in the ceramic and is therefore suitable for all ceramics in the dental laboratory such as crowns, bridges, veneers, made of metal-ceramic, solid-ceramic, glass-ceramic, zirconium-ceramic or lithium-disilicate.

Aggressive and harmful solvents are usually used in the laboratory. Solvents are usually environmentally hazardous and the rapid evaporation causes a high concentration of harmful substances in the air. These are inhaled by laboratory staff and often cause skin and eye problems. EASY Sep Ceramic is solvent-free and safe to use for dental technicians in the ceramics department.

For optimal results, we recommend using the plaster hardener EASY Die Hardener beforehand. This closes the pores, hardens the plaster surface, does not spread and prevents the insulation from being pulled in.
