Hurricane® Ceramic Polisher the 3 step Polishing System
For finishing and polishing dental crowns, bridges and veneers. For dental ceramics such as layered ceramics, zirconium, zirconium oxide (ZrO2), glass ceramics, lithium disilicate, hybrid ceramics and regardless of whether they are high-fusing, low-fusing or monolithic (multi-layered). The grit sizes of the diamond instruments for the handpiece are adapted to the materials and prevent microcracks or chipping on the surface during polishing. Due to the material properties, this tool is also suitable for IPS e.max® and Celtra® Press.
The bonding concept ensures high abrasion rates and long tool life in the laboratory. The polishing tools for the surface treatment of natural diamonds have a silicone-free rubber bond. As an alternative to a silicone bond, the diamond rubber bond generates less frictional heat and specially adapted natural diamonds. It allows gentle processing of the sintered ceramic in the Ceramics and CAD/CAM departments. The polishing wheels & occlusal polishers made of solid material are very efficient for dental technology. Brilliant polishing results without polishing paste and glaze firing.

Hurricane® Special Mandrell for attaching dental polishers
The clamping mandrel for the secure fixing of the polishing wheels made of rubber or silicone for the handpiece in dental technology. These are suitable for finishing and smoothing dental crowns & bridges made of precious metal alloys and non-precious metal alloys in the laboratory.
With a Ø 2,35 mm shaft for the dental handpiece, a reinforced flange and a plate support, above and below the polishing wheels, the screw mandrel offers highest possible safety.
Hurricane® Mandrell Occlusion for fixing fissure polishers
The mandrel for securely fixing the occlusal polishers with a diameter of 3.00 mm for the handpiece in dental technology. These are suitable for smoothing and deepening the occlusal fissures of posterior teeth, such as main fissures and secondary fissures of dental materials in the laboratory. With a Ø 2.35 mm shaft, a reinforced flange and the knurled fixing nut, the screw mandrel offers the highest possible safety.
